How frequently should I take these assessments?

Mental health assessments are helpful tools for assessing your current mental state and your progression over time. You may take an assessment if you experience specific symptoms or before you embark on a wellness or productivity programme. Doing so sets a baseline score. You may retake the same assessment after you complete the programme to assess changes or improvements made.
