Yes, the mind-n is a vast portal that can be pretty intimidating for first-time visitors. However, we have made it easy for people to find their way using user-friendly tools and features. So if you are a first-time visitor to the portal, this is what you can do:
- Go through the explainer videos. These short 4-5 minute videos guide users on the various features, tools and programmes within the mind-n.
- Click the ‘i” button where present. This opens a pop-up with an explanation of the section or page.
- All tools and programmes come with detailed use instructions. Do refer to the instructions.
