I get a message that the user id already exists. What do I do?

In a situation you get email or phone number already exists in the system , please check if you received an email from your employer to be invited to Mindn . There might be a possibility that you clicked and signed up using these credentials. Alternatively , you could try forgot password to get a code to reset your password. In the highly unlikely event that you have not signed up and / or unable to receive a code , please write to us at support@mindn.ai.support@mindn.ai.
