In the mind-n, I have seen the terms “programmes” and “therapy”. Are they different?

The modules for both therapy and programmes are built on evidence-based practices like cognitive behaviour therapy. The modules in both are supplemented using various tools such as worksheets, info sheets, meditation practices, music, exercises etc.

Therapy

Programme

       1. Interventions that are designed to manage symptoms of various psychological conditions e.g., therapy for depression and anxiety.

       1. Interventions that are designed to manage minor mental wellness issues and enhance wellbeing and productivity, e.g., work stress and resilience programmes.

       2.  They are calendarised and follow a set               structure. You will be required to complete the modules in order; you will not be allowed to take up modules at random.

       2. You can pick and choose any module that you wish to work on. You do not have to complete the modules in any particular order.

       3. You will be given a report at the end of the     therapy to track your progress.

      3. There is no report generated. You may be asked to take an assessment at the start and end of the programme to assess progress.
