How will I know if I have made improvements after therapy?

You will take an assessment at the beginning and end of therapy. Your pre and post-therapy scores will indicate the improvement made. You will also receive a therapy report detailing your performance, progress, next steps etc.

You can also evaluate yourself to see if you have made progress. The following are the self-checks you can carry out:

  1.  Do you feel your symptoms have improved?
  2.  Do you feel more confident in handling the challenges you face?
  3.  Do you feel more productive and better engaged with your work?
  4.  Are you able to maintain healthy relationships?
  5.  Do you think your overall quality of life has improved?

Note: You need not make progress in each of these areas; even mild to moderate improvement in a few areas is a good improvement.
