You will take an assessment at the beginning and end of therapy. Your pre and post-therapy scores will indicate the improvement made. You will also receive a therapy report detailing your performance, progress, next steps etc.
You can also evaluate yourself to see if you have made progress. The following are the self-checks you can carry out:
- Do you feel your symptoms have improved?
- Do you feel more confident in handling the challenges you face?
- Do you feel more productive and better engaged with your work?
- Are you able to maintain healthy relationships?
- Do you think your overall quality of life has improved?
Note: You need not make progress in each of these areas; even mild to moderate improvement in a few areas is a good improvement.
