For therapy, you must click the ‘How it Works’ button, where you will find the necessary details to help you navigate the therapy programme. Each therapy module has a video containing all the details of that particular module, along with a list of tools and instructions to use them.
Specific non-therapy programmes have instructions/schedules that can be accessed by clicking a link on the programme page.
